If you become unemployed, we need at least your employment contract and notice of termination/employment certificate to process your application. If your final wages are not shown in the Incomes Register, send us your last payslip.

If you have been laid off, send us a copy of your lay-off certificate and your employment contract.

We can see your wage information in the Incomes Register. If the wage information is incomplete or we need further information, we will ask for it during processing.

Employers are obliged to give employees the requested attachments within a reasonable time. If necessary, you can ask the unemployment fund to contact your employer if you do not get the attachments despite asking for them.

Yes. You can attach an image file to your application or send it via the "Send attachments" function in eService.

But do check that the image is clear and that all the information is visible in the image. If the image is unclear, we will have to ask for the information again.

If you have had paid absences during the application period, such as annual holiday pay or sick pay, send your payslips to the fund.
