Problems with the eService

First check our website if there is a wider issue (such as a system update or other maintenance work) that prevents the use of the eService. Usually we report all technical issues with a clear red banner on our website.

If no issues have been reported and you have problems logging in, try the following instructions:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and browsing history, and refresh the page.
  2. Try logging in on another device (for example, a phone or tablet).
  3. Try logging in on another browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

If the problem cannot be resolved with these steps, please contact the Unemployment Fund’s customer service during opening hours.

Try the following steps:

  • Check that the application has selected “During the application period I have been mainly been: Employed”. This will allow you to enter the daily working hours for the application period
  • Check the box “Disable draft saving” in the upper right corner of the application and refresh the page. This will clear the information you have filled in for the application, meaning you will have to fill out the application again
  • Clear the cache and refresh the page
  • Try filling out the application on a different device

If you still cannot submit the application, you can download the application form from our website. Submit the application in the online service under Send attachments. You can also send the application as a secure email.
