Personal unemployment benefit counseling is available at the Helsinki-Uusimaa regional office during opening hours.

Regional offices are open on Mondays from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 16.00. 

In Tampere, personal advice on unemployment benefits is available on the first Monday of each month. At the other regional offices, only Service Union United PAM customer service is currently provided.

Service Union United (PAM) has Regional Offices also in the following locations: Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Lahti, Pori, Rovaniemi, and Vaasa.

Regional Offices are open on Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00. At other times, visits are only by appointment: pam.fi/ajanvaraus.
