Telephone service
From 22 June to 9 August, the telephone service of the Unemployment Fund is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm. The telephone service is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If our lines are busy, you can request a call-back - we'll get back to you the same day.
Regional offices
From 6 July to 2 August, the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office is open only on Mondays from 9 am to 4 pm.
The other regional offices are closed from 29 June to 2 August.

Our eService is available 24/7 at: tkassa.pam.fi
In the eService, you can, for example, apply for earnings-related allowance, send attachments or messages to the Unemployment Fund, and view and manage your personal details and communication settings.
