The telephone charge is based on your local network or mobile phone charge. Queuing is also subject to a charge. When calling from outside Finland the price is set by the local telecom operator.
Please note that the phone service is often busy in the mornings at 10:00 AM. The wait time is likely shorter if you call at a different time during phone service hours.
We also offer a callback service. The Unemployment Fund will call from numbers starting with 020. We will call back the same day.

eSERVICE
In our eService you can submit applications and attachments, send messages and check the status of your individual applications. You can log in to the eService with your online banking codes.
Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office
Address: Säästöpankinranta 2 A, 9th floor
Opening Hours: Mon-Tue and Thu-Fri from 9am to 4pm (closed on Wednesdays)
Personal unemployment benefit counseling is available at the Helsinki-Uusimaa regional office during opening hours.
Tampere Regional Office
Address: Aleksiskiven katu 18 B, 3rd floor
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri from 9am - 12am and 1pm - 4pm
The Tampere Regional Office provides personal unemployment benefit counseling on the first Monday of every month.
Other Regional Offices
Service Union United PAM has Regional Offices in the following cities: Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Oulu, Pori, Rovaniemi, Turku ja Vaasa.
These regional offices are open on Mondays between 9am - 12am and 1pm - 4pm. At other times, appointments can be made by online booking: pam.fi/ajanvaraus.
Attention! Personal unemployment benefit counseling is not available at PAM's other Regional Offices.
Attention! We recommend members of the Unemployment Fund to primarily use our eService where you can conveniently send messages, update your information, submit applications and upload attachments.
ATTACHMENTS AND E-MAIL
Please note that personal matters related to applying for or receiving benefits cannot be handled via e-mail.
Employers can send documents without logging in to our eService via Send attachments.
If your e-mail includes personal information (social security number etc.) you must send your message securely via PAM's secure e-mail.
