Telephone charge is based on your local network or mobile phone charge. Queuing is also subject to a charge. When calling from outside Finland the price is set by the local telecom operator.

The Unemployment Fund calls its members from phone numbers beginning with 020.

eSERVICE

In our eService you can submit applications and attachments, send messages and check the status of your individual applications. You can log in to the eService with your online banking codes.

OFFICES

Service Union United has 12 offices that serve members all over Finland: in Helsinki, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Oulu, Pori, Rovaniemi, Turku, Tampere and Vaasa.

Only the Helsinki office provides personal service in unemployment fund matters. In other offices, general service related to unemployment fund matters is available only on Mondays.

If your e-mail includes personal information (social security number etc.) you can send your message securely via PAM's secured e-mail. 

Employers and members can send documents without logging in to our eService via Send attachments. However, to speed up the processing of applications we recommend members of the Unemployment Fund to send applications and attachments through the eServices.
