The Unemployment Fund's telephone service is updated on Tuesday 30 August 2022
The Unemployment Fund will start using a new telephone service system on Tuesday 30 August 2022. The new system includes language and topic menus as well as a callback service. These improvements enable the Unemployment Fund to offer even better and more customized customer service according to the needs of each member.
The telephone service continues to operate as usual (Mon-Fri from 10am to 2pm) but temporary techincal issues are possible during system updates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
