From 10 June to 4 August, the telephone service of the Unemployment Fund is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm. The telephone service is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our eService is available 24/7.
From 1 July to 28 July, the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office is open without appointment on Mondays from 9am to 4pm and by appointment on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.. To book an appointment to the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office, click here.
