Face-to-face customer service available at the Oulu, Kuopio and Tampere offices

PAM Unemployment Fund offers free face-to-face customer service to its members in the Oulu, Kuopio and Tampere regional offices between 6 November and 19 February.

Our unemployment benefit officers are happy to answer any questions you may have about earnings-related daily allowance or other matters related to unemployment benefit. Our staff is available on the following Mondays:

PAM Regional Offices

The regional offices serve at the following addresses from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm:

Oulu: Uusikatu 22, 4th floor
Kuopion aluetoimisto: Asemakatu 22-24, 4th floor
Tampereen aluetoimisto: Aleksis Kiven katu 18 B, 3rd floor

The Helsinki-Uusimaa regional office (Säästöpankinranta 2 A, 9th floor) offers face-to-face customer service in unemployment matters throughout the year. The Helsinki-Uusimaa regional office is open Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
