New jobseeking model launches in May

A new jobseeking model launches in May 2022 which affects unemployed jobseekers registered with TE services.

From May 2022, jobseekers will receive more support from TE Services in the form of more individual and personalized customer service. In addition, jobseekers are subject to a job search obligation which means that they must apply for 0 to 4 jobs every month, depending on their situation.

The new model also reduces the amount of mandatory waiting periods. The maximum length for the non-remunerated period will be 45 day instead of 90 days.
