Changes to opening hours of Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office and Unemployment Fund’s telephone service

Face to face customer service open on Mondays (9am to 4pm) until 28 February. The telephone service of the Unemployment Fund is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 28 February.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, PAM’S Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Office will be open for Unemployment Fund customer service only on Mondays (9am to 4pm) from 24 January to 28 February.

In addition, the telephone service of the Unemployment Fund will be temporarily closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 24 January to 28 February. The telephone service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (10am to 2pm). Online services continue to operate as usual.

For customers of Service Union United PAM, in-person appointments at the Regional Office are available without appointment on Mondays. At other times, in-person customer service appointments must be booked in advance online. More information here.
